There's no #Freeway to excellence. Gotta go thru growing pains & life lessons. My self-assessment: The exercises performed were a bit choppy & sloppy, but that ain't gon' stop me. Gotta revisit these again & again. Then by month's end, execute them more smoothly & properly. I'll be #Alright...
continued] Came thru drippin' πŸ’§(in sweat πŸ˜…)...with the #kettlebells twistin', flippin' around my wrists as I lifted- squats to the cleans into overhead presses. With the blues the form was cool, but the yellows (heavier) weren't that impressive. All this after cardio & rockin' to the beat while listenin' to Cardi B 🎧...& following some lunges in bunches (before finishing with crunches)...
Came thru drippin' πŸ’§(in sweat πŸ˜…)...after cardio & rockin' to the beat while listenin' to Cardi B 🎧...followed by some lunges in bunches (then finished with crunches)... - Walking/alternating lunges w/kettlebells... - ...followed by alternating side-lunges w/kettlebell... - ...then came thru dribblin' the kettlebell between the legs w/stationary-alternating lunges.
